W W Baker Way Dear Sir in reply to yours of the 20 for[mer] My opinion in regards to intimidation being used by the white People to prevent the Negroes from exercising their right of Suffrage in the last election, I will Say that I never Saw More freedom exercised at the poles than I Saw at Midlathuan[??] on the day of Election.
